Eloise Osborne

Research Assistant

Eloise plays an important role at Shift, assisting on a wide range of projects with both qualitative and quantitative elements. She has experience in recruitment, interviewing, desk research and editing and is currently being trained in using SNAP, Q and Atlas.ti software in order to assist further on research projects.

Prior to joining Shift Eloise graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a joint honours degree is Psychology and Sociology. During her degree, Eloise gained experience and interest in both quantitative and qualitative areas of research, using the methods in both subjects. She conducted her own qualitative social research as part of her dissertation, investigating digital inclusion of young ethnic minority social media users.

Eloise developed a particular interest in market research while completing an internship with an agency in Bristol post-graduation, and made the move to Shift to gain more experience in the field and make the big move up to London.
